Our chef has crafted an exclusive menu that promises a romantic experience.

Amuse: Love making oysters! Oysters with passion fruit, mango, and red chili.

Starter: Skrei with red beetroot, dill cream, and sweet-and-sour chioggia beetroot, green apple dressing.

Main course: ‘I’ve got my (Rib)-eye on you’: Rib-eye with pink pepper butter, caramelized endive, and cauliflower/potato puree.

Dessert: ‘Dr Love’, a heart of red fruit and vanilla mousse, with a pink popsicle, fresh raspberries, meringue, and raspberry sauce.
