Alder Beer Co.
Alder Beer Co. is a family owned brewery founded in 2019 in Seregno near Milan Italy. Head brewer Marco Valeriani a three time Best Italian Brewer award winner founded the brewery together with his father and brother after years of experience in the food industry and craft brewing.

They focus on hop forward ales European lagers and selected Belgian and English styles. Their only core beer is Rockfield a 6.8 percent ABV American IPA while all other beers are brewed in rotation with frequent new releases and experimentation.

The Meet the Brewer Tasting Session includes:

• 1.5-hour meet & greet with Alder Beer Co. & Jopen in our private room De Pastorie
• Craft beer tasting
• 5 tasting glasses of craft beer (15cl each)
• 1 full glass of beer
• A round of snacks
