At the foot of the Scheffauer, surrounded by fairytale-like Tyrol with mountain flowers, cowbells, and postcard-perfect views, you might think time has stood still. But nothing could be further from the truth. The Stöfflhof today is anything but Alpine nostalgia. Since 2014, beer has been reinvented here – in a way that makes the hops almost burst with joy.

Bierol stands for what modern beer culture can be: experimenting, surprising, pushing boundaries. We are not brewers of yesterday, but hop artists of today. What ends up in the glass here has character – sometimes bitter, sometimes fruity, sometimes crazy, but always real. No tasteless industrial beer, no half measures, just pure passion.

• 1.5-hour meet & greet with Bierol & Jopen in our private room De Pastorie
• Craft beer tasting
