La Muette Farm-Brewery

Nestled in the heart of the Vendée bocage, in Bazoges-en-Pareds, the Ferme-Brasserie La Muette has been combining agricultural tradition and brewing creativity since 2014.

Born from a common passion for craft beer, it perpetuates the spirit of brewing farms while being part of a sustainable and committed approach.

Here, beer is grown as much as it is brewed: nearly 80% of the cereals come directly from our fields. Each year, about thirty hectares of barley are harvested and malted on site, guaranteeing authentic beers, shaped from grain to glass.

Concerned about its footprint, La Muette relies on an innovative production tool: heat recovery, water recycling, energy autonomy, etc. Nothing is left to chance. Even the spent grains from brewing feed our cattle, which then supply our restaurant, La Stabul.

The result? Beers of character, singular and generous, reflections of agricultural know-how transmitted with passion.

At La Muette, the earth, the living and the conviviality come together to offer an experience that is both gustatory and responsible.

The Meet the Brewer Tasting Session includes:

• 1.5-hour meet & greet with La Muette & Jopen in our private room De Pastorie
• Craft beer tasting
• 5 tasting glasses of craft beer (15cl each)
• 1 full glass of beer
• A round of snacks
