They are an independent craft brewery and Scotland’s largest sour beer producer. From the (sometimes) sunny Portobello in Edinburgh, they brew heavily fruited modern sour beers.

Since 2018, they have focused on relentless exploration when it comes to brewing. Their house culture and mixed-fermentation base beers pair perfectly with real fruit ingredients, and they use literally tonnes of fruit in their recipes to push the boundaries of what people would typically expect from a beer.
